FixZone FixCoin Program Terms & Conditions

These FixCoin Program Terms ("Terms") govern the issuance, use, expiration, and limitations of "FixCoin," the internal promotional credit system used within the FixZone platform ("FixZone," "Fixzone," "we," "our," "us"). By participating in the FixCoin Program ("Program"), Users and Providers agree to these Terms.

1. Legal Classification of FixCoin

FixCoin is classified as:

• A promotional, non-monetary, non-refundable digital credit
• Not legal tender
• Not fiat currency
• Not cryptocurrency or token
• Not a gift card
• Not redeemable for cash
• Not transferable or sellable
• Not a security or investment product

FixCoin may be used only inside the FixZone app to reduce eligible charges.

2. FixCoin Value & Usage Limits

2.1 Internal Value

FixCoin has an internal reference value:

• 1 FixCoin = $1 (internal app credit)
• Only usable within FixZone for qualifying transactions

2.2 Usage Limits Per Transaction

  • Clients may use up to 3% of the service total in FixCoin
  • Providers may apply up to 3% of earned FixCoin to platform fees
  • Maximum combined usage = 6%
  • Users see only their own 3% limit
  • FixZone may change caps at any time

3. FixCoin Is Not Real Money

FixCoin cannot be withdrawn, exchanged for USD or other currencies, or transferred to bank accounts. It has no cash value outside FixZone. Any attempt to convert FixCoin to cash is strictly prohibited.

4. Earning FixCoin

4.1 Platform Promotions

Includes launch bonuses, referrals, and milestone rewards, as defined in each campaign.

4.2 Provider Milestones

Includes tiers such as Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond.

4.3 Client Activities

  • Registration
  • Profile completion
  • Referrals
  • First service bonuses

FixZone may modify or cancel earning rules at any time.

5. Expiration

FixCoin expires 6 months after issuance.

• Expired FixCoin will not be restored
• No reinstatement
• FixZone is not responsible for unused credits

6. Restrictions & Prohibited Uses

FixCoin may NOT be used for:

• Tips or gratuities
• Off-platform transactions
• Subscription fees (unless approved)
• Charges rejected by Stripe
• Taxes or government fees

7. Non-Transferability

FixCoin cannot be:

• Sold
• Shared
• Gifted
• Transferred
• Combined across accounts

Any attempt to transfer FixCoin may result in termination.

8. Fraud, Abuse & Penalties

Strict zero tolerance for FixCoin abuse. Examples include:

  • Fake accounts
  • Self-referrals
  • Staged jobs
  • Bots or automation
  • Artificially splitting jobs
  • Circumventing usage limits

FixZone may:

  • Remove FixCoin
  • Suspend or terminate accounts
  • Withhold payouts
  • Report fraud to authorities
  • Pursue civil recovery

9. Disputes Involving FixCoin

FixCoin is non-refundable, not reinstated after disputes, not returned on refunded jobs, and not revived after expiration.

10. FixCoin Adjustments

FixZone may:

• Add or remove FixCoin
• Reverse balances
• Freeze accounts
• Adjust for errors or fraud

11. Modification or Termination of FixCoin Program

FixZone may modify or end the Program at any time. If the Program ends, remaining FixCoin expires immediately and no compensation will be provided.

12. No Property Rights

Users acknowledge FixCoin is not property and represents a revocable license within FixZone.

13. Regulatory Compliance

The FixCoin Program is operated in alignment with:

• FTC promotional guidelines
• Marketplace rules
• Non-currency classification under U.S. law
• Stripe policies

14. Arbitration & Dispute Resolution

All FixCoin disputes are resolved via binding arbitration, individual claims only, and no class actions.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by:

• Delaware law (corporate matters)
• New York law (operational matters)
