FixZone Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

1. General Principles

Users must:

• Use FixZone lawfully
• Respect other users
• Avoid abusive or fraudulent behavior
• Comply with all posted policies and agreements
• Use FixZone only for legitimate home-service activities

2. Prohibited Conduct (All Users)

2.1 Engage in Fraud

Users may not:

• Create fake accounts
• Impersonate another person or business
• Use false names, addresses, or documents
• Manipulate ratings or job history
• Submit misleading or false information
• Abuse or manipulate FixCoin rewards
• Misrepresent job details to alter pricing

2.2 Abuse or Circumvent the Platform

Users may not:

• Conduct transactions outside FixZone (“off-platform transactions”)
• Request or accept direct payments (cash, Zelle, CashApp, Venmo, etc.)
• Promote unrelated personal businesses
• Provide unapproved services
• Use FixZone for unrelated advertising

2.3 Harm or Harass Others

Users may not:

• Use hate speech, threats, or harassment
• Send inappropriate, sexual, or violent content
• Engage in discriminatory behavior
• Record users without consent (except required service evidence)

2.4 Interfere with Fixzone Operations

Users may not:

• Hack or tamper with servers
• Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools
• Reverse-engineer the platform
• Send malware or malicious code
• Attempt denial-of-service attacks

2.5 Violate Intellectual Property Rights

Users may not:

• Upload copyrighted material without permission
• Copy FixZone branding (LOFB identity, logos, designs)
• Misuse Fixzone trademarks

3. Prohibited Conduct (Clients)

• Request illegal or unsafe work
• Provide access to unsafe premises
• Misrepresent job conditions
• Pressure Providers into unapproved tasks
• Refuse payment for completed work
• Cancel jobs unfairly or manipulatively
• Leave false or defamatory reviews
• Harass or coerce Providers

Clients must ensure:

• Safe working conditions
• Pets are secured
• No threats or dangerous environments

4. Prohibited Conduct (Providers)

4.1 Misrepresent Professional Credentials

• Fake licenses or insurance
• Lying about skills or experience
• Using someone else’s documents

4.2 Perform Unsafe or Unlicensed Work

• Perform work requiring a license without having one
• Use unsafe tools or methods
• Violate building codes or safety standards

4.3 Engage in Unprofessional Behavior

• Arrive intoxicated or under influence
• Harass or intimidate Clients
• Make inappropriate comments
• Damage property negligently or intentionally
• Fail to show up for confirmed jobs

4.4 Circumvent the Platform

• Take Clients off-platform
• Request direct payment
• Offer cash discounts
• Exchange contact info before job acceptance
• Add hidden fees after acceptance

4.5 Abuse FixCoin or Rewards

• Create accounts to self-refer
• Complete fraudulent or fake jobs
• Redeem FixCoin above allowed limits

5. FixCoin Abuse — Zero Tolerance

Any attempt to manipulate FixCoin, use bots to claim credits, create fake referrals, exploit bonus systems, or bypass redemption restrictions will result in immediate account termination. FixCoin is a privilege, not a right.

6. Content Guidelines

Users must NOT upload:

• Graphic violence
• Sexually explicit content
• Harassment or hate speech
• False claims about jobs or Providers
• Financial or personal data of others
• Photos unrelated to services
• Political or religious propaganda

FixZone may remove any content at its discretion.

7. Safety Expectations

• Follow all local laws
• Avoid unsafe environments
• Respect property and privacy
• Ensure Providers have safe access
• Stop work if conditions become dangerous

8. Enforcement

FixZone may:

• Issue warnings
• Remove content
• Suspend or terminate accounts
• Withhold payouts (if fraud is suspected)
• Revoke FixCoin credits
• Involve law enforcement

Fixzone’s enforcement decisions are final.

9. Reporting Violations

Users may report violations to:

• Names of involved parties
• Job ID (if applicable)

FixZone handles all reports confidentially.

10. Changes to This Policy

FixZone may update this AUP at any time. Continued use of the platform indicates acceptance of the updated Policy.
